Please Read this important information BEFORE you purchase:
Custom Units
DEPOSITS REQUIRED: StylezbyGina requires either a 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment when booking an appointment. This amount must be paid to secure your appointment. The remaining balance due will be invoiced once the unit is complete. Balance invoices sent after the completion of your StylezbyGina Wigs unit must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. If payment is not received within 24 hours a late fee of $25 will be assessed in addition to a storage fee of $10 per day up to 30 days. After 30 days of non-payment, the customer relinquishes their deposit, finished unit and any additional hair/items provided to StylezbyGinaWigs.
FRONTALS: If you are sending in a frontal to have a StylezbyGina custom unit made or purchasing a Pre-Fab ready to ship frontal unit you are purchasing with the understanding that YOU, the client/customer, are responsible for adhering it to your hairline when recieved. StylezbyGina Wigs, its owner or representatives do not see clients in person to apply frontal units to clients. We are only responsible for making the unit for you. Clients/customers have to either apply the units themselves or enlist a qualified stylist to do it.
RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of the products and services provided by StylezbyGina Wigs there are ABSOLUTELY no refunds or exchanges. If a client is dissatisfied with the final proof picture(s) we will make reasonable effort to work with the client to alter, adjust or administer changes per the client's request, however once the client has approved proofs of the finished unit there will be no further alterations made, no returns, no refunds, no exceptions.
USE OF PHOTOS: StylezbyGina Wigs encourages clients to send "inspiration pictures" of the styles they would like as a part of the ordering process. StylezbyGina Wigs does not manufacture exact replicas based on any inspiration pictures supplied by clients. The use of pictures are used as a guide by StylezbyGina Wigs only.
